Matt Edmonds practises real estate law at Arcus Legal in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He represents clients buying and selling homes, condos, and vacant lands; mortgaging or refinancing real estate; and migrating properties to the Nova Scotia land registration system. He also acts for developers in the creation of new subdivisions. Matt applies his experience in legal tech to facilitate efficient and secure transactions in his property law practice.

Shauna is a Property Paralegal with 20 years of experience. She serves clients in all areas of Real Property law, including purchases and sales, zoning applications, assessment appeals and commercial leases. Kelly Mattinson

Kelly Mattinson is a member of our real estate team, working on real estate purchases, sales, mortgages, title transfers, migrations, and land agreements. She brings over 18 years of experience as a paralegal. Kelly is a problem solver who enjoys helping clients transform a complicated legal process into a simple and seamless one. Kelly is also a ‘hockey mom’ of two and is an active volunteer with hockey associations and other community programs.
