Matt Edmonds practises real estate law at Arcus Legal in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He represents clients buying and selling homes, condos, and vacant lands; mortgaging or refinancing real estate; and migrating properties to the Nova Scotia Land Registration System. He also acts for developers in the creation of new subdivisions. Matt applies his experience in legal tech to facilitate efficient and secure transactions in his property law practice.
In his spare time, Matt is a facilitator of high school debating tournaments, serving on the board of directors of the Nova Scotia Debating Society.
Matt was selected by his peers for recognition in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ for his work in real estate law. The “Ones to Watch” awards are for lawyers earlier in their careers who have shown outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
