Arcus Legal welcomes Tracey DeAdder as our newest property team member. Tracey graduated from Kingstec with an Advanced Bookkeeping diploma in 1985, and again in 1986 with a Business Computer Operator diploma. She studied business at Henson College at Dalhousie University. Tracey brings detailed knowledge of real property transactions, specializing in land migrations. She even uses her skills as a genealogist to investigate family connections to land titles. Often working behind the scenes, she enjoys the challenges that real property transactions can bring, and aims to provide a calming element whenever clients face difficult transactions. In her spare time, she is an amateur landscape photographer, an avid scrapbooker, and enjoys visiting historical sites around the Atlantic Provinces. Tracey has been a part of the legal community as a paralegal for over 34 years.
