Mel Freeland

Mel graduated from the Paralegal Services Program at NSCC in 2014 and has over 7 years’ experience working in corporate law at a large firm. She’s thrilled to join Arcus Legal and be involved with clients’ transactions from beginning to end. Using her attention to detail and organizational skills, she assists with various transactions including incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, and due diligence searches.

Dakota MacPherson

Dakota is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College’s Paralegal Services program, where she honed her skills and knowledge in the intricacies of the legal system. She has joined the Corporate Tax team as a junior paralegal and is thrilled to embark on her journey at Arcus. Outside of her professional pursuits, Dakota finds joy in the company of her beloved dogs, Arya and Loki, often spending her free time enjoying outdoor adventures and creating lasting memories with her furry companions.
